HOW TO MAKE
COLD BREW COFFEE

STEP 1
Weigh coffee beans using a scale and grind to Cold Brew size. To make four cups, we recommend 32oz of water and 70 grams of coffee.
STEP 2
Place ground coffee inside infuser.
STEP 3
Add room-temperature spring (or filtered) water, ensuring the grounds are well saturated.
STEP 4
Cover with lid and brew overnight on kitchen counter or in a refrigerator.
STEP 5
Discard grounds once brew time is complete and clean. Leaving them in may over-extract coffee, causing a bitter cup. Add infuser back so lid fits well on on carafe.

Store remnant in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
