HOW TO USE
BONDED PAPER FILTERS
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
<% $copy %>
STEP 1
Fill your kettle with spring (or filtered) water and set to heat. Recommended water temperature is 195 to 205 F.
STEP 2
Form a cone using bonded paper filter and place it inside the top portion of the coffeemaker and dampen with hot water.

Discard water after heating.
STEP 3
Weigh coffee beans using a scale and grind to Pour Over size. To make two cups, we recommend 500 grams of water and 30 grams of coffee.
STEP 4
Place ground coffee inside the paper filter and evenly distribute.
STEP 5
Place carafe on scale and tare to zero. If your scale is set to "auto," the brew timer will automatically start once you begin adding water.
STEP 6
Pour a small amount of water in a circular motion to wet all grounds. Allow expanding coffee to "bloom". This is de-gassing and will allow the fresh roasted coffee to brew properly.
STEP 7
After one minute, slowly pour more water in a circular motion from center to outer edge of grounds. Wait until water has dripped through and pour again until the desired scale reading.
STEP 8
Once all water has dripped through the cone, your coffee is ready. Serve and enjoy!
